2026 Mid-Year Review and Outstanding Employee Awards
The company held its 2026 mid-year review and outstanding employee awards ceremony at its Shenzhen headquarters, with teams from R&D, production, quality, marketing and functional departments attending.
The meeting focused on three themes: product delivery, R&D progress and quality management in the first half of the year. The R&D team reported interim results on the 8-inch and 10-inch industrial tablet series, covering mainboard design, structural tooling and system integration. Production and quality teams reviewed yield performance and process improvements in volume manufacturing. The marketing team summarised changing customer requirements across warehousing and logistics, smart manufacturing, mobile inspection and identity verification.
Employees who stood out in project delivery, technical problem-solving and customer service were recognised during the ceremony. The awardees came from hardware R&D, embedded software, structure and process engineering, quality management and customer support, and played key roles in ensuring stable delivery of the 8-inch and 10-inch industrial tablets and the 5-inch handheld terminal.
For the second half of the year, the company set three priorities: strengthening service capabilities in interface, hardware, software and structural customisation; improving the one-stop process from solution design and sample validation to volume delivery; and reinforcing quality control and after-sales response to keep the 24/7 technical support system running effectively.
The company noted that the core competitiveness of the industrial smart terminal business comes from consistent product quality and sustainable customisation capability, and that continued investment in R&D and process development is the way to deliver reliable long-term value to customers at home and abroad.
