Exhibition Review: Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Automation Show

The company took part in a professional exhibition for smart manufacturing and industrial automation, presenting its industrial smart terminals and scenario-based solutions at its booth.

The hardware on display included 8-inch, 10-inch and 10.1-inch industrial tablets, the 5-inch handheld smart terminal, and the document camera, signature pad and dual-screen identity verification terminal. Three demonstration tracks were arranged. The first covered a warehousing verification workflow, where the operator logs in by fingerprint and then scans cargo and bin QR codes to confirm the task and send data back. The second covered mobile work in production and inspection scenarios, highlighting screen readability during long continuous use and under difficult lighting. The third covered identity verification, showing facial recognition, document reading and fingerprint matching used in combination.

Visitors' questions concentrated on a few areas: reliability under dust, moisture and drop conditions; battery life and charging methods; the feasible scope of interface and structural customisation; and how the terminals integrate with existing WMS, ERP or MES systems. Our engineers responded with concrete implementation paths and validation approaches drawn from previous customisation projects.

Some visitors arranged follow-up discussions after the show on specific requirements, covering terminal configuration selection, sample validation plans and volume delivery schedules. The company noted that the value of an exhibition is not only in showing products, but in understanding at close range the real constraints customers face on site. That feedback feeds directly into subsequent product and solution improvements.
